Founder & Managing Partner
Tom Intrator is the Founder and Managing Partner of 18 Main, bringing deep expertise across real estate syndication, ownership, rehabilitation, financing, and management.
He has executed over $700 million in real estate transactions as principal, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets across major U.S. markets. Tom co-founded Hyde Capital in 2010 along with its sister management company, The Lennox Companies (since rebranded as Wogan Group), overseeing a multifamily portfolio that grew to over 4,000 units. Earlier in his career, he concentrated on distressed acquisitions and distressed debt, shaping the disciplined, long-term investment philosophy that underpins 18 Main today.
Tom oversees the firm's investment strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth initiatives while maintaining an active role across acquisitions, asset management, and operations.
The Team
Liron Sanado oversees operations across the firm's real estate and hospitality platforms. Prior to joining the company, he built a career in hospitality management, working alongside some of the most acclaimed chefs and award-winning kitchens in both Israel and the United States. His experience in high-performance operating environments informs his approach to systems, execution, and service excellence. Based in New York, Liron works across the portfolio to enhance operational efficiency and support the firm's continued growth.
Adi Ben Ari leads asset management across the firm's portfolio. He oversees business plan execution, operational performance, budgeting, reporting, and value creation initiatives across existing investments. Adi holds a Bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the London School of Economics. He works closely with operating partners, property managers, and internal stakeholders to drive performance and maximize long-term value across the firm's assets.
Edward Wong serves as Controller at 18 Main, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, and the systems that support the firm's portfolio. A Certified Public Accountant, Edward brings deep experience in financial modeling, consolidations, and complex accounting across both public and private companies. Earlier in his career he held assistant controller roles spanning public media and live-entertainment advertising, where he led financial reporting, FP&A, and process-automation initiatives. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from CUNY Queens College.
Julia Gale is an Associate at 18 Main, where she supports acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution across the firm's investment platform. She is involved in financial analysis, investment memoranda, closing processes, and portfolio reporting, helping ensure consistency and discipline throughout the investment process. Prior to joining 18 Main, Julia worked in investment banking, where she gained experience evaluating transactions and supporting complex financial analyses.
Bethany Hughes is an Analyst at 18 Main, supporting market research, financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. She assists the investment team in evaluating opportunities, preparing investment materials, and tracking asset performance across the portfolio. Bethany works closely with both the acquisitions and asset management teams to support informed investment decisions and operational execution.
Husna Akhtari supports the accounting function at 18 Main, assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial operations across the firm's portfolio. She brings prior experience in bookkeeping and accounting services, with professional training in bookkeeping and QuickBooks. Husna works closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records and support reporting across the firm's investments.
