Target investment size: $15 million and above
Markets: Locations with strong demand fundamentals for rental housing
Basis: Acquisitions below replacement cost
In-place yield: Assets with a strong spread to prevailing interest rates, offering positive leverage and attractive in-place carry
Value-add levers: Opportunity to improve performance through economies of scale, operational efficiencies, and underperforming rents
